Shipping Policy
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $200.
Experience Kits: The full shipping process is included in the initial purchase price—this covers the shipment of your kit, the prepaid return label for your carved wax, and the final delivery of your finished casting.
Standard Timeline: Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after purchase. If your order requires additional time, we’ll contact you directly.
Seasonal Delays: During high-demand periods (such as Christmas), shipping times may naturally extend. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated and informed.
Returns Policy
All sales are final. Because each piece is uniquely created, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on any items.
- Carving Kits: Once shipped, kits cannot be returned.
- Custom Castings: Every casting is made from your one-of-a-kind wax carving. Once cast, it cannot be resold or repurposed.
Workshops & Events
- Cancellations made at least 1 day (24+ hours) before the scheduled workshop or event are eligible for a refund, minus a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop or event are non-refundable.
