Do I need any experience to carve a ring or pendant?
Not at all. The kit is beginner-friendly and comes with everything you need, including instructions, tools, and practice wax. You don’t have to be an artist—just bring your creativity.
What ring sizes do the wax models fit?
Wax models start at size 4. If you're designing for a larger size (like most men’s rings) or smaller than size 4, just message us and we’ll include wax that better fits your needs.
Can I carve both wax models in my kit?
Yes. Each kit includes two wax molds—one to practice or experiment, and one to send back for casting. If you love both, you can purchase our Second Ring Send-Back to have the second design cast too.
What happens after I carve my design?
Once you’re happy with your design, send the wax back to us along with your ring size and finish preference (polished, matte, or brushed). We’ll cast your design in solid metal and size it to fit you perfectly.
How long does the whole process take?
On average, you’ll receive your finished ring within4–6 weeks from when we receive your wax mold. You’ll get updates throughout the process.
What if I need more time to carve?
No problem—but please note that kits must be returned within 3 months of purchase due to fluctuating metal prices. After that, we can’t guarantee your design will be accepted for casting.
What metals do you use?
We currently cast in solid sterling silver, known for its durability and timeless look. Care instructions are included to keep your ring looking its best for years to come.

Is it safe to use the tools in the kit?
Yes, but please be mindful. The kit contains sharp tools and is intended for users 16 and older. Always carve with care and supervision if needed.
How do I return my wax carving when I'm ready for casting?
When you’re ready to send your wax back for casting, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label so the process is simple and hassle-free. You can find more detailed instructions [HERE].
